ACCREDITATION OF INSTALLATION PERSONNEL
DIABLO Industrial has been professionally training and accrediting our people since 2014 in barrier installation through our own internal training program (SOCOM Installation Training), with local universities (DIABLO Undergraduate Program), joint training programs with product manufacturers, and external registered training organisations for high-risk licensing.
We have developed our own specialised load restraint and chain of responsibility training packages to ensure safe handling and transportation of temporary barriers.
Over the next 18 months the proposed ASHTAS program will amount to complications in manning installation work, complication the delivery of barrier installation services. The proposed platform fails to address issues such as product knowledge and application, system design, and regulatory requirements which are all key elements of system compliance.
Our training platform guarantees system compliance with all relevant regulatory and statutory specifications for all installations, all products, and for all aspects of our services.
DIABLO Undergraduate
Program
Meet Chloe,
Chloe was one of Murdoch University's official student ambassadors for 2016, and the official face of the DIABLO Undergraduate Program.
The program was initiated to provide practical work experience to commerce students who were starved of programs that offered structured work experience and employment opportunities in heavy industry in Western Australia. It was originally targeted at students undertaking management related commerce qualifications to foster leadership, teamwork, and cohesion, and develop the critical thinking attributes that drive productivity and efficiency.
Since the program's inception in 2014, the selection criteria have been broadened throughout the community to provide exceptions for outstanding candidates from non-business related disciplines.
The program is a great success. We are continuing to work with universities in states in which we are based to offer more opportunities to more of tomorrow's young business leaders.
